Your company joins
You give your team a private space and add the list of work emails that are allowed in. Nobody outside the company can see it.

Employees opt in
They sign in with their work email and add their home — city and photos only, never the exact address. Listing is optional; only those who want to take part show up.

They arrange the swap
When two colleagues are interested, contact details are revealed and they move to WhatsApp to agree the dates. The platform steps aside.
Why it works
The other person isn't a stranger
The hardest part of any home swap is letting someone into your home. Here, the other side is always a verified coworker — same employer, traceable, with something to lose. That's the whole point.
